From a young age growing up in and around NYC the influence of Hip Hop culture was prevalent, almost inescapable. Walking through the city and on almost every street, walls were covered with graffiti, hip hop music blasting on every corner, and the breakers breaking it down down in the subways. I got to witness a culture that had no bounds with a message of self expression and empowerment through whatever means possible. It's not some pretentious, invite only club that values status above all. No, Hip Hop was and is for everyone. My older brother became obsessed with graffiti and I found myself gravitating towards breaking. Nonetheless we shared the same curiosity of this culture born and bred in NYC. It became a thing for us where we would travel through the city spotting and trying to find the best pieces of graffiti in places that seemed impossible to reach. How did these people get there? How did they have the time to paint without being caught? What some called Vandals, we called artists.
Our newest model Vandal, carries that same ethos. It's a piece of functional art meant for everyone. Make no mistake, Vandal is a tool at it's heart! A tribute to the makers, the doers, and the rule-breakers who leave their mark. The Vandal takes its name from the street artists who turned walls into canvases and rebellion into expression. In a city where every surface tells a story, graffiti isn’t destruction—it’s declaration. That same raw creativity, that fearless self-expression, lives in every line and detail of this knife.
Vandal has been in development for over 2 years! Iteration after iteration, we wanted to create a large folder with presence, while still being carry friendly enough for daily use. Another challenge we wanted to tackle was how can we borrow design language from the Voodoo, inject it into the Vandal, yet make it it's own thing? After a few dozen or so sketches we landed on a profile and an idea for the Vandal.
Featuring a 3.85" compound ground tanto blade in Vanax SuperClean steel, this knife is designed to stand out—and stand up to anything. The handles are incredibly ergonomic as well. With it's swelled design, Vandal can be used all day with zero signs of fatigue. You've got options too. Choke up on the blade using forward finger choil for stability, use a pinch grip for precise cuts, hold it anyway you want and the Vandal will stay working for you. Whether you’re carrying it on the street or keeping it in the collection, the Vandal is up to the task.

Drop Details:
The Vandal is set to drop on July 17th at 3pm Eastern (12pm Pacific). There will be 7 configurations to choose from, including our INSANE launch exclusive Vandal that will be numbered and limited out of 50 pieces. Check out Metal Complex's impressions on the Vandal
This will be a LIVE drop, meaning there will be little to no wait time for delivery. It's actually our first time doing a live drop for a completely new release. Excited is an understatement, we are completely thrilled for this! We estimate shipping to take 2-3 weeks to allow for proper quality checks and packaging.
