  1. When do preorders go-live?
    Preorders go-live March 7th, 2024 at 8pm EST (5pm PST)

    Approximately 1 hour before the pre-order goes live on 3/7/24 (around 7:00pm est), products will be removed from the Ghoul collections page to prepare for the pre-order. At exactly 8pm EST, the collection page will be updated and products will automatically reappear and ready for ordering. Please remember to refresh the page at precisely 8pm EST. The collections page can be found here

  2. How long will the preorder last?
    It will be be open for 1 weeks or until they sell out. Plan out what you want and be ready! Things tend to move quick. 

  3. Is the pre-order limited in quantity?
    Quantities are limited for each configuration

  4. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards. Gpay and Apple Pay will be activated as well.

  5. Is full payment required at the time of pre-order?
    Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. We tried partial payments during our last pre-order, however it caused issues on the back end with inventory tracking and overselling.

  6. Will you offer international shipping?
    Unfortunately I am unable to handle international orders at this time. I would suggest finding a proxy to help place an order. If you don't or cannot find one, reach out and I may be able to help.

  7. How much will Raikou cost?
    Pricing for the Ghoul starts at $325.00 and goes up marginally from there. Visit the collection page for more info.

  8. Will additional hardware be available?
    Yes, additional hardware will be available to pre-order

  9. How long is the wait?
    Once preorders are complete there is an estimated 6 month wait for production. We have shortened the timeline to delivery significantly as production is currently in progress.

  10. What changes are being made from the current prototype?
    Our second round prototypes are production ready!

  11. Where are the knives made?
    The knives are expertly manufactured by Reate Knives in China to our exact standards and specifications.
